Family Getaway to Tigre

Family Getaway to Tigre

About this experience

Tell us where you are! We will pick you from your hotel to take you on a private speed boating tour!

Planning a family day? Craving some adventure? Go deep into the wilderness on our 50-minute boat trip, straight into the heart of a XIX- century fully-restored residence where you can bike, hike, horseback ride, fish or canoe.

Then, relax in a hammock, feeling exactly what Tigre is about: sunshine, water, excitement, and relaxation.

Enjoy a 3-course lunch (Asado -Argentine barbecue- and salad or pasta + dessert + coffee).

Need some extra inspiration? Stay for tea, when the sweet aroma of homemade cakes or muffins entices you to savor them right out of the oven.

On our way back, boat with us through Tigre’s highlights and venture into beautiful inner channels in an unforgettable sunset.

My name is Agustina. I have been going to the Delta ever since I was a baby and it is, no doubt, my favorite place in Argentina. The Delta is, to me, a place of unparalleled natural beauty that offers a sharp contrast to my bustling everyday life in Buenos Aires.

I am an economist and, after working at a few large companies and, later, in development issues in Bangladesh and Argentina. I embarked on a journey that sought to merge my entrepreneurial enthusiasm with my love for travel. So I opened Le Passage, a design boutique in downtown Buenos Aires, where I sell my findings: crafts from all over the world and all over Argentina that I find remarkable and that have a story to tell. And the Delta, this other place I also call home, is where I can always go and lose myself, boating across its incredible labyrinthine rivers, islands, and channels, feeling the breeze on my face in spectacular natural surroundings. It is thanks to Tigre that I can experience flying over the water on my beloved waterski and, at the end of the day, contemplate a splendid sunset. I feel blessed to share this magical place with my family, friends and with people from around the world that make every day at Tigre unique.
