I am Matias, born and raised in Buenos Aires. Since I was a child I love visual arts and decided to get involved into this world by studying at Universidad Nacional de Bellas Artes.
My other passion always has been cooking. I learned from my parents and studied at IAG to get formed as a Chef.
I love cooking and love food, so I decided open my world, my "atelier/house" which mix art and food to people from everywhere.

Matias is not only a great cook, he his also an artist. The invite actually takes place in his studio, with walls painted colourfully. My wife and I really enjoyed our culinary experience, eating very typical asado, slowly braised over coal. Be aware that Avellaneda is slightly outside of the capital, but it stands in a real neighbourhood, away from the touristic paths. This is actually what we liked the most, getting to know the real Argentina, away from Nueve de Julio, Palermo and the Canitas.
