Whether you’re a beginner, or regular, you have to come and join in our great 1-hour Crossfit training class!
1) You need to warm-up your body. So, we will do 10’ light mobility and core exercises.
2) Then we will do some kettlebell exercises and combine them with some other movements, depending on the workout of the day. The workout lasts 15 minutes; it is very adaptable to your level of fitness.
3) Once the workout is over, we will stretch and cool-down for some minutes before the class is over.
The class will be taking place in a CrossFit box so all the amenities are included: toilettes, showers, and lockers.

Great place to work out. I went to Buenos Aires for a couple of days and I needed a place to train for the day. The price is convenient and Agustin was very helpful. We even had a great chat after the training session and Agustin gave me some great indications to where to go grab some food. The negative side of this is that it was a bit far from where I was staying.26 Jun 2017
